Bandsaw-Tulips – Spring Decoration

A great spring decoration, make these wooden bandsaw tulips – on the bandsaw (surprise)! You can find the template in the plans and templates section right here on this homepage, for free! If you make them, make sure to take pictures and send them to me. And make sure to check out the extended edition where you can add additional leaves to your tulips. Enjoy, and remember to Be Inspired!

This project has been inspired by two videos, and I invite you to check them out. A reclaimed wood sculpture by Tim Sway (an Early Sway, so to say) and a bandsaw vase by Steve Carmichael.

But that was not all. I also created what I called an Extended version of those tulips, which makes it look even more attractive. You can find the templates where fine templates are offered on this site.

And there is also a follow-up, where I make a bouquet out of the tulips I had made so far.

Thanks for checking out the vintage bandsaw tulip trilogy. I hope you liked it, make it, and share what you make. And as always, remember to be Inspired!
